Getting Started

You can browse our styles and preview artwork without an account. To place an order, you'll need to create a free Artify account. This also gives you access to your personal gallery, order history, and the ability to reorder previous pieces in different sizes or styles.

Visit artify.photo and tap "Create" in the main navigation. Enter your email address and create a password. You'll receive a confirmation email — click the link to activate your account. The whole process takes less than a minute.

Try resetting your password using the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. You'll receive an email with a reset link — check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes. If you're still unable to access your account, contact us with the email address you used to sign up and we'll sort it out.

Once logged in, your personal gallery is available from your account dashboard. Here you'll find any artwork you've created, your order history, and the option to reorder previous pieces in new sizes or frame styles.

Yes. Artify is fully responsive and works in any mobile browser. There's no separate app to download — just visit artify.photo on your phone, upload a photo directly from your camera roll, and follow the same process as on desktop.

We take your privacy seriously. Your photos are used solely for creating your artwork and are not shared with third parties. Your photos remain on your device and never touch our servers. Payment processing is handled securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure.
